Certificate to use with Dine and Discover vouchers

Yes, we accept Dine and Discover vouchers, but only if you've scanned in-person BEFORE 30 June.

If you haven't scanned before 30 June, you will be charged $25 on the door, as there is no way for us to redeem a Dine and Discover voucher from the NSW Gov after 30 June.

If you have a perviously purchased the below certificate to use in conjunction with your Dine and Discover vouchers, but did not book or scan, you can still upgrade on the door the difference of $25. Certificates are not otherwise refundable.

As with all government programs, there's a few steps and it's a little tricky.  

Dine and Discover vouchers can only be accepted for classes taking place BEFORE JUNE 30TH, 2022.

We are unable to accept voucher codes via email or SMS.  Codes MUST be scanned in person.

How does it work? 

Our one-off classes are $80 per ticket. Dine and Discover vouchers are $25, so you will be initially charged $55, and issued a code to book an $80 ticket. When you're at the door, you simply scan your $25 Discover Voucher to make up the difference. 

Bookings with Dine and Discover cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

We accept Dine and Discover Vouchers in the following classes ONLY.

Follow these steps

Step ONE

 

You've already registered for your NSW vouchers.

Step TWO

You purchased our Clay Sydney Voucher to use in conjunction with your Discover voucher.

This voucher reads $80, but at checkout will be $55(i.e. minus the value of your Dine and Discover Voucher)

Step THREE

Cool. You’ve got your Clay Sydney Code(s) for $55, which will book you into $80 class.
Now it’s time to book your class, using your Clay Sydney certificate code to any of the following three classes. At the final stage of checkout, enter you Clay Sydney Voucher number(s).

If you purchase multiple vouchers, you will receive MULTIPLE codes (one code per voucher).

You MUST book in each person in seperate transactions.  ONE voucher code to book in PER person.  

Please do make sure you can attend the date you book, as bookings cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

If your class date has been cancelled as a result of the lockdown, your original voucher code will be valid to rebook into another class date or you can transfer your voucher to an at home class. These vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE.

You do not need to enter your NSW Dine and Discover Voucher.

Remember: One Voucher per ticket. Classes must take place on or before 30 June 2022. Vouchers will not be refunded if you don't use them before this date, but you can upgrade them to a full ticket.

Show up! We'll scan your Dine and Discover Voucher on the door.

Important T's and C's

Remember: If you do not have a valid voucher you will be required to pay the remaining $25, or forfeit your ticket on the door. Unfortunately, classes booked using Clay Sydney Vouchers for the NSW Dine and Discover Scheme cannot be rescheduled, or refunded. Vouchers will not be refunded if you don't use them before this date, but you can upgrade them to a full ticket.
