Dipped Vase in Opal: Clay for Tonga

The Dipped Vase is thrown in white clay body and is glazed in opal with a wax resist pattern.

Handmade at Clay Sydney, each object is unique and slightly different. Due to its ceramic nature each piece may have small inconsistencies.
Please note the colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources.

All our glazes has been developed by director Bea Bellingham, through hours of rigorous testing of glaze chemistry with the help of the lovey Lihnida and China.

All proceeds of the sale of these items are apart of the Clay for Tonga online fundraising project donated through the Tonga Tsunami relief by Pita Taufatofua. Pita is a UNICEF Pacific Island ambassador and is working to provide on the ground relief items to those most in need after the devastation of the volcanic eruption.
