So, you’ve dabbled in clay, but you’re looking to learn more techniques and you are curious about decoration and patterns in clay...this class if for you!

This 2.5 hour class will guide you through the process of Nerikomi; a decorative technique established in Japan that involves stacking coloured clay and slicing through the cross section to reveal a pattern, which can then be used as an applied decoration. 

+ What you will make

This class will focus on students producing up to two pieces- whether a dish, plate, vessel, or mug.. the choice is up to you!

You must be 16 years or older to attend, and class sizes are strictly limited
