Member Wheel reservation

Hello studio members!

We've got a new member wheel booking system to help ensure everyone has equal access to the member wheel banks on weekends :)

 

Some guidelines for booking in:

- Bookings are for weekends only (there's plenty more wheels available during the week when there's no classes in session)

- The booking calendar will be available for signups every Wednesday for the upcoming weekend.

- One booking time slot per day for each member

- If you don't show up within 30 mins of your time slot, that wheel is considered free and up for grabs (so please don't be late!)

- Bookings can be rescheduled/cancelled up to the Friday prior.  If you don't think you can attend, please amend your booking! (Do NOT email us)

- All bookings will be marked in the sign up book at the start of each time slot.  Any no shows/late arrivals will be noted.  Multiple no-shows or late arrivals will be noted, and may result in booking penalties.

- Bookings are on a first come first service basis, please don't email us to book in!

- Time slots for Saturdays and Sundays, 9-12pm, 12-3pm, 3-6pm (you must clean your wheel within your time slot)
