Join us for our wheel throwing session, and bring your special someone!  

Are you ready to be just like Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze in ‘Ghost’?! Get creative and get your hands dirty…together! Whether you’re on a first date, or celebrating an anniversary, we’ll make sure you learn how to take a ball of mud and throw it into something beautiful (or not, that's fine too).

+ What you will make

 Our expert wheel tutors take you through the process step-by-step, and make sure that everyone comes away making at least one piece. What will this piece look like? It might be a bit ‘organic’ and ‘perfectly imperfect’ but, gosh darn it, you made a thing! Look at you go!

+ Lesson length

Included is a 90 minute lesson from our fabulous throwing master, who will hold your hand every step of the way (literally if needed), stoneware clay, firing and glazing.  Each student will get their own wheel to work on!

+ No experience needed

This class is ideal for folks with zero experience who want to try the wheel to see if they like it before taking on a four week class to learn all the tricks. It's unlikely you'll master the wheel in this short time, but you'll have a blast! 

+ Drinks!!!

You’re more than welcome to bring along a drinkie or two, although for this class we don’t recommend nibbles. You’re too engrossed in the muddy task at hand to eat (and probably don’t want a soggy clay cracker either).
